Founded in July 2025, Shangjiao Cangqiong Satellite System (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a technology transfer company of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Focusing on the development and manufacturing of advanced intelligent micro-nano satellites, the company delivers products and technical services across satellite platforms, core units, whole-satellite systems and mission software, with an emphasis on satellite applications and deep space exploration.
Founder Professor Wu Shufan is a Chair Professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a member of the International Academy of Astronautics. The core technical team comes from the SJTU Intelligent Satellite Technology Center, with experience in micro-nano satellite development and in-orbit validation from low Earth orbit to deep space.
